AJEE 2021 Notification

AJEE is a national-level entrance exam conducted by AISECT University, Bhopal for admission to various Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses. Before applying for the exam, all applicants must be aware of the eligibility criteria for admission at AISECT University. Check AJEE Eligibility

  • AJEE 2021 is scheduled for May 25 in offline mode and May 26 – June 26 in online mode at various test centers across India.
  • Applicants can fill the application form from April 25, 2021. Check AJEE Application Form
  • The exam consists of 100 objective-type questions and the total time limit is 120 minutes. Check AJEE Exam Pattern
  • Applicants will be awarded one mark for each correct answer. No mark will be deducted for wrong or unanswered questions.
  • AJEE 2021 Result will be declared on June 30, 2021.
  • Counseling and Seat Allocation process will begin shortly after the declaration of the results.

AJEE 2021 Eligibility

Courses Eligibility
Bachelor of Engineering Applicant must have passed Class 12 with PCM and secure at least 45% marks (40% in case of SC/ST)
Master of Engineering Bachelors degree with at least 50% marks ( 40% in case of SC/ST)
Engineering Diploma Program Applicants must have passed Class 10 with at least 35% marks
Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Physical Education Applicants must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 50% marks (45% in case of SC/ST/OBC)
Bachelor of Education Graduation in any Discipline with 50% (45% for ST/SC)
Master of Education Applicant must have done B.Ed. with minimum 55% marks from a recognized University
Management (MBA) Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks (45% in case of SC/ST/OBC)
BA LLB Applicants must have passed Class 12 with at least 45% marks (40% in case of SC/ST/OBC)
LLB Applicants must have a Graduation degree with atlas 45% marks (40% in case of SC/ST/OBC)
LLM LL.B degree with at least 55% marks. There is no Age limit
B.Sc. in Agriculture Applicants must have passed 10+2 (P.C.M/C.B.Z) and 12th (Ag.) from recognized board.
B.Sc. in Nursing Applicants must have passed Class 12 with Biology having secured 45% marks
M.Sc. in Agriculture Applicant must have done B.Sc. Agriculture with minimum 50% marks from a recognized University
Bachelor of Physiotherapy Applicant must have done 10+2 or equivalent examination in Biology discipline from a recognized Board.
  • Applicants appearing in the final year examination of graduation/Class 12 can also apply. However, such applicants are required to submit the proof of passing the qualifying examination latest by October 7, 2021.
  • There is no age limit prescribed by the authority for LL.B. and LL.M. courses

AJEE 2021 Application Form

AJEE 2021 application form will be available from April 25, 2021. Applicants can fill the application form through online mode only. The procedure for AJEE 2021 Application Form is as follows:

  • Visit the official website of AISECT Joint Entrance Exam 2021.
  • Read all instructions to fill online application form.
  • Enter the registration details i.e. Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number and email address
  • Fill the application form with your Personal Details like Address, Nationality, Academic qualifications, income category, Choice of examination center, Course applied, etc.
  • Applicants need to select mode of examination(Online/Offline)
  • The applicant will be required to upload his/her recent color photograph
  • Review the details in the entire form, make changes, if necessary and Click on Submit button.
  • After the completion of AJEE 2021 Online Application form, applicants will be redirected to the fee payment window.
  • The application fee of AJEE 2021 can be paid either by using net-banking/Credit/Debit Card of any bank only.
  • After payment of the examination fees and successful registration, applicants will receive a system generated confirmation by email or SMS.
  • Applicants will receive a system generated Registration Number after successful submission of the application.

Applicants should be very careful while entering the details, After the submission of the details, it cannot be changed/edited/modified under any circumstances.

Application Fee

AJEE 2021 Application fee is INR 500 with additional bank’s service charges for all the courses. There is no other method to pay the fees besides net-banking/Credit/Debit Card. The Fee once paid is non-refundable.

AJEE 2021 Admit Card

An applicant who will successfully fill the application form will get the AJEE admit card. Applicants will receive the Admit Card on their registered email address. AISECT University will not send admit card via post or make it available to download for the applicant. Applicant should provide a valid and correct email ID during the registration process, otherwise, applicants will not be able to receive his/her Admit Card.

AJEE 2021 Exam Pattern

The exam will be conducted in online and offline mode at selected test centers in India. The question paper will be of objective multiple-choice questions type.

  • There will be a total of 100 questions.
  • The question paper will vary depending upon the course, the applicant has applied for.
  • The duration of the exam will be 120 minutes.
  • A applicant will be rewarded 1 mark for everyone correct answer and no mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer.

AJEE 2021 Syllabus

Applicants are required to be aware of AJEE Syllabus and prepare accordingly to get admission in various courses offered through AISECT University. In the exam, applicants will be tested based on their knowledge of the different subjects for which the applicant has applied for. Syllabus for various courses:

Engineering Diploma Program

Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry of Class 10

Bachelor of Education

The question paper will be based on the following topics:

AJEE 2021 Result

AJEE 2021 Result will be announced on the official portal. An applicant who will give the entrance exam can check AJEE 2021 Result on June 30, 2021.

Follow the steps to check the result:

  • Visit the official website of AJEE 2021
  • Click on the link “AJEE-Result 2021” 
  • Login using Registration Number and Password
  • Click on the “Submit” button
  • Results will be displayed on the new screen 
  • Download and save your Result

AJEE 2021 Merit List

AISECT University will publish separate merit list for each course based on the applicants’ performance in the entrance test. Ranking of the merit list will be in the descending order of total marks scored in the entrance exam. Separate Reserved category list will also be prepared. Based on applicant’s performance, they will be called for counselling procedure.

AJEE 2021 Cut Off

AJEE 2021 Cut Off score will be the lowest possible marks a applicant must obtain in order to be eligible for AJEE 2021 Counselling Process. AJEE 2021 cut off score is based on many factors such as

  • Total number of applicants appeared in the entrance test
  • Total number of applicants who passed the entrance test
  • Difficulty level of question paper
  • Total number of seats

Based on AJEE 2021 Cut off for various courses, the exam conducting authority will declare the AJEE 2021 Result and Merit List for applicants who are eligible the counselling process.

AJEE 2021 Counselling

Only the applicants who will be shortlisted based on AISECT University Entrance Test 2021 will be eligible for the counselling process. Applicants will be informed via email/SMS about his/her counselling schedule.

Counselling and Seat allotment will be done in the sequential order based on AJEE 2021 Rank of the applicant, therefore, applicants are advised to appear for counselling on the specified date and time allotted to them. Date and time of the counselling cannot be changed under any circumstances. All the certificates and documents of the applicant will be verified at the counselling centre on the stipulated date. The applicant should appear for Counselling procedure himself/herself with all the necessary documents. No other person will be allowed to appear for the counselling and admission on behalf of the applicant.

  • Original mark list of Diploma in Engineering/Technology/Pharmacy certificate
